2x Dumbbell Chest Press on Physioball or Floor
1x Wide Grip Pullups
1x Paralle Grip Pullups
1x Reverse Grip Pullups (chinups)
2x Kettlebell Squat swings
2x Kettlebell Clean + Press
2x Wide Dumbbell Squats
2x Dumbbell Squats
2x Russian Twists
2x Alternating Heel Taps
2x Alternating Single Leg Hip Bridges (hips up whole time, switch leg raised every 1 sec)
