What Is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) aka Tapping?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an amazing easily-learned technique that relaxes the body and allows us to release pain, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress and even illness from our bodies.

By "tapping" on meridian points on the body, negative energy is freed up and moves out of the body, leaving a sense of emotional freedom - hence the name.

EFT often works when nothing else will. People are often astonished at the results they experience. EFT can be applied tophysical, emotional, and performance issues.The EFT basics are extremely easy to learn and use. No drugs, surgeries, radiations, or other medical interventions are involved in EFT. Relief can occur with EFT no matter what your diagnosis. That's because we are addressing a different cause - the emotion that is linked up with an event which is being held in the body.

No technique or procedure works for everyone, but by all accounts the vast majority of those who try EFT for a specific problem experience significant improvement.

EFT is not a substitute or replacement for conventional diagnosis or recommended treatment by your health-care professional. Any contemplated changes to on-going treatment plans should be discussed with any/all medical professionals currently providing treatment.
