Greetings again my Fabulous Frugal Fitness Fans! It's the cheapest son of a you know what with one more amazing post in my Soy Series. We've gone over so many important health, performance, and wallet-saving benefits of getting enough soy in your diet. We've discussed how to makeover your holiday meals, how to find soy in your grocery store, good soy snacks, benefits of soy protein, how to get soy protein on the go, how to incorporate soy into your New Year's Resolution (mine is still goin strong!), and many other critical topics. I hope you've enjoyed the posts, although this certainly won't be the last one long-term as it is a staple in my diet and recipes.
I've been making sure to get enough soy products in my diet over the past few months, especially since New Year's, and I'm feelin like a million bucks (without having to spend a million bucks). I've been drinking my shakes, eating my Kashi Go Lean Crisp cereal, soy butter on my multigrain toast, and edamame with dinner and snacks. With all those foods and plenty of other soy sources I've discussed, I've certainly been getting at least my 25 grams of soy protein per day for health benefits! This has helped me to lose some bodyfat, stay muscular, and have the energy to motivate my clients and readers / viewers all day everyday! I really hope you have learned a few things and you are enjoying a happy, healthy, and successful New Year! Stay Frugal and stay tuned for more great nutrition posts!
