Banana Bread Protein Pancakes

Ingredients (4 pancakes)
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1 tbs ground flax
- 1 whole, large mashed banana
- 1 tbs cinnamon (I like a lot of cinnamon)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbs peanut butter
- 1/4 scoop of greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk (or whatever milk you have)
Instructions
- Mix everything together, cook in coconut oil on medium heat and enjoy! I've also made these "vegan" by omitting the greek yogurt, milk and using pea/hemp protein (not my fave) and just using water instead. They still turned out great!
