Candy Cane Peppermint Protein Shake


Ingredients:

- 1 Cup Skim Milk, Vanilla Almond Milk, or Vanillia Soy Milk 
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 
- Candy Cane Crushed into a fine powder 
- 1 Tablespoon sugar free vanilla coffee creamer
- 6-9 Ice Cubes or as needed
- Feel free to top with sugar free mini marshmallows as shown
