Flourless Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Ingredients (10-12 small cookies)
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 flax egg (1tsp flax & 1 tbs water combined. Wait till jelly forms)
Instructions
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together. Let mix chill for a few minutes in the fridge. Then form into small balls and place onto a baking sheet. Press down with fork to form a criss cross pattern and then bake for 8-10 minutes. Make sure the cookies come out soft as they'll harden later on. They're delicious and chewy, just like a regular cookie. You can't even tell there's no flour, yum!
