Frugal Vacation Workout



Here is a general intermediate workout that you can do on vacation to help prevent significant losses in muscular strength, endurance, and muscle tone.

General Guidelines:
-Do workout 4-5 times over the next 2 weeks to maintain strength, endurance, and physique progress
-Each workout should last 30-40 minutes
-Quick rests between sets, 30 seconds usually
-Stretch during and after workout
-Hydrate before, during, and after workout


Vacation Workout 1.0: Total Body
Feel free to use your luggage or anything as weights :)
3x Pushups
3x Mountain Climbers
3x Bodyweight Squats
3x Wide Squats
3x Crunches
3x Twisting Crunches
3x Hip Bridges
3x Planks
3x Quadripeds
3x Donkey Kicks
