The Human Trainer Fitness Equipment Review

I recently tried out a new piece of fitness equipment called The Human Trainer by AStone Fitness to review for this blog and my YouTube Channel (video review and workouts are out, new videos coming soon!). It is a pretty damn cool piece of equipment that you can use to portably train anywhere you go, and pretty cheaply (both right up my alley). It is a complete bodyweight training workout using a wide variety of very durable straps, attachments, and handles. You can use this product on door frames, over the doors themselves, poles, jungle gyms, squat racks, trees, and pretty much anything you can think of to get complete bodyweight workouts.

I got plenty of great workouts with exercises including pullups, chinups, inverted rows, upper back rows, tricep dips, leg and knee raises, chest presses, chest flies, straight arm pulldowns, squats, tricep extensions, bicep curls, pullovers, and much more. It works perfectly for home gym workouts, CrossFit training, gymnastics cross-training, and much more. The whole set of equipment is pretty affordable, lasts a long time, and is extremely portable for those training on the go. I can't wait for summer time so I can take this baby to the beach or the park. I'll be filming a video review and some workouts with The Human Trainer so stay tuned. I highly recommend you try this product out for a dynamic and portable workout. I literally take this piece of equipment everywhere I go in my car, training clients, or traveling. It has really helped me take my home and travel workouts to the next level!
