Nutella Banana Protein Pancakes

Cook Time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients (4-5 pancakes)
- 1/2 cup white wheat flour (I use King Arthur)
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 tbs Nutella
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbs truvia
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp ground flax mixed w/ 1 tbs water (flax egg)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mix the banana, Nutella, flax egg, and almond milk together, set aside. Mix the flour, protein powder, baking powder, truvia, and chia seeds together. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry, if the mix is too dry and clumpy, simply add a few drops of water until you get your desired consistency.
