2 1/2 cups salmon fresh shredded
1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1 T. dijon mustard
1 tsp lime
1 large egg
1 cup pistachio nuts coarse ground
3 T. olive oil
Combine salmon, bread crumbs, mustard, and lime. stir in egg and mix. Form salmon into patties and and press on the nuts. chill for 30 minutes to 2 hours. pan fry and serve with lime wedge.
