Ingredients: Mix together in a cup:
2-3 tablespoon of organic lemon juice (preferably fresh about 1.5 lemons)
pinch of cayenne pepper
up to 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup (preferably Grade B)
1 cup of hot or warm water
Note, It is too sour for us to use 3 tablespoons of lemon juice so we use only 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
