Recipe: Crab Meat on Whole Grain English Muffins

1 stick Smart Balance buttery spread
1 jar Olde English cheese spread
1/2 tsp. Smart Balance mayonnaise
dash of onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can crabmeat
8 Whole Grain English Muffins
Let margarine and cheese soften to room temperature. Mix together with mayo,
garlic and onion salt. Add crabmeat. Spread on English muffins. Put in freezer
for 10 minutes. Then cut into quarters. Keep frozen until ready to use. Then place
on cookie sheet and broil until bubbly crisp.
