Recipe: Creamed Corn with Canadian Bacon

2-4 fresh corn cooked and scraped off cob
2 T. flour
1 1/2 cup fat free milk
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp butter
1/4 diced ham
1/4 finely diced onion
1 garlic clove minched

Directions: Combine 1cup corn, flour, milk, sugar, salt. Process until smooth. Melt butter, Add ham, onion, and garlic. Cook 3 minutes until browned. Add pureed corn and rest of corn. Cook for 12 minutes or until thickened.
