Breakfast Recipe: Eggs-cellent Scrambled Eggs

Non-Stick Vegetable Oil Spray
4 Eggs (Egg Whites if trying to lose weight)
1tsp Garlic Powder
½ Cup Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
¼ Cup Skim Milk (optional)

Crack 4 eggs or however many you desire and beat them in a bowel with a fork or whisk. You can also add in the quarter cup of skim milk if you’d like and mix it in thoroughly. Heat up a frying pan on the stove to medium. Spray pan thoroughly with non-stick vegetable oil spray. Sprinkle garlic powder into the pan and then immediately add the eggs before the garlic powder burns. Scramble the eggs, put them on your plate, and top with however much low fat or fat free shredded cheese. Enjoy this very high protein, almost carb-free snack/meal.
