Frugal Healthy Recipe: Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch!

I had the conundrum of hating the taste and texture of oatmeal but knowing how incredibly healthy it can be at the same time. Oatmeal is also cheap and easy which fits into my time and budget. I toast up a tray of plain oats in my toaster oven, pour them into a jar of Teddie Natural Peanut Butter, and simply dump in half a scoop of chocolate protein powder (I use Dymatize 12-Hour Chocolate because it tastes good and it's cheap but Monster Milk is even better). You have an excellent source of Complex Carbs, Plenty of Healthy Fats, Lots of Fiber, and Plenty of Complete and Incomplete Proteins. It is also very filling while providing almost no simple sugars. You can't go wrong when it comes to utilizing these bodybuilding and dieting staples. Tastes kind of like eating a chocolate peanut butter Twix Bar...or at least it does when you are on a diet...

Ingredients:
-Jar of Teddie Peanut Butter
-Half Scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein (I recommend Dymatize Elite XT or Monster Milk)
-1/2 Cup Oats (Toasted)
