Low carb diets can work for some people but they must be done correctly and over a long period of time. Be reducing your carbohydrate intake, your body is basically forced to burn more bodyfat instead of glycogen. The only problem is, carbohydrates are the main source of energy for the brain and your muscles. That means, on top of the cravings, you will also have to deal with very low energy levels and decreased physical or mental performance. I do not recommend low carb diets to most people unless they are competitive bodybuilders or fitness models that must lose as much bodyfat as possible.
