Joj (best Aunt in the world) told me about them on Skype (“They’re healthy! And easy!”) and so I made a bunch. And then after I tasted them I started having conversations with the fridge. About how I wasn’t really hungry, I was just too wrapped up in the chocolateyness and that if I had another that would defeat the purpose of them being healthy. And how they were evil and tempting me! Then, I couldn’t wait for lunch to be over so I could have another one. I may have a problem.
Please make them and tell me if they’re really all that, or if I’m just going through a phase. Thank you :)
Oatmeal-Choco Balls
1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used a dark chocolate bar chopped up)
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter (I didn’t have any, so I just used more chocolate)
3/4 cup rolled oats
-Melt the chocolate, milk and peanut butter. Stir on the oats and form into balls. This will be messy. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes before eating. Keep refrigerated if you don’t eat them all in one sitting.
