All Natural Avocado Tomato Chicken Recipe

Ingredients 

- 2 ripe Haas avocados 
- 2 tomatoes 
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil 
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 grilled chicken breast 

Instructions

Cut the avocado in half, take the pit out and scoop the avocado into a bowl. Dice it up into small 1 inch squares. Dice the tomatoes and add to avocado. Add garlic, then mix. Salt to taste. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
