Vegan Chocolate Protein Buff Bites Recipe (Gluten-Free)

Sometimes we all just get a little sick of the usual protein shakes and protein bars. We need something different, and these chocolate buff bites are delicious and nutritious! After the success of the original protein buff balls recipe, I decided to make a few changes to make this a 100% vegan and gluten-free option and just as amazing. It now actually has more fiber, antioxidants, and heart healthy fats than the original! No way there's no whey in this recipe! Enjoy the feast my fit frugal friends. 

Vegan Gluten-Free Ingredients

- 20 dates 
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup chocolate Vega protein
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon 100% cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice or ground cinnamon
- 2-3 teaspoons Agave nectar

Instructions

Finely chop the ingredients together and thoroughly mix in a food processor. Add agave nectar and continue to chop until the mixture is pretty fine. Form 1 inch balls, refrigerate, and enjoy the frugal feast! You can eat these like a machine but still look lean and mean!
