What are some exercises I can add to my workouts to increase my vertical jump?
Incorporate Olympic Lifts into your workouts such as power cleans, jerks, and snatches. These will give you the total body explosiveness you need to improve your vertical jump. Start with light weight and focus on technique and speed, if you master the technique then you can up the weight. You also obviously need to be doing plenty of squats, lunges, deadlifts, and calf raises to achieve and improve strong lower body and core strength and explosiveness. Explosive squats and plyometrics will translate over to the vertical jump very well also. At one point I had a vertical jump of 34 inches, not bad for someone who's short.
