Shortcake Shake
Ingredients:
1 Cup Skim Milk
2 oz Fat Free Yogurt
1 scoops vanilla whey
protein powder
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Ice
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together
in blender for about 30-45 seconds. Feel free to add or subtract ice and fruit
for your preferred thickness. Serve as a breakfast or post-workout shake or
just a healthy and filling snack.

8 oz skim milk
4 oz nonfat yogurt
1 scoops vanilla whey
