Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe pitted and peeled Avocados
- 1 medium, finely chopped Roma tomato
- 2 finely chopped Jalapenos
- 1/4 medium chopped Onion
- 1-2 finely chopped
- Garlic Clove
- 2 tablespoon fresh Cilantro finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt & Black Pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Stir in cayenne pepper, cilantro and black pepper. Mix in onion, jalapenos, tomatoes, and garlic. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately for friends and family. Enjoy this low sugar and heart healthy excelente guacamole!!
