Ingredients:
- 1 container organic strawberries
- 1 container organic blueberries
- 1 container organic blackberries (cut in half- horizontally)
- 1 container organic raspberries or acai berries
- 2 teaspoons organic agave
- 2 teaspoons organic lemon juice
- ½ teaspoons organic cinnamon
- Organic Coconut shavings (optional)
Instructions:
Place blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries in a large bowl. Put raspberries in a separate smaller bowl and crush with a fork until nearly liquid-like. Add agave, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Mix together. The picture to the left is what everything looks like before you mix the two mixtures together. Coat berry mixture with raspberry mixture. Eat this fruit salad by itself, over whole grain pancakes, on top of gut-healthy Greek yogurt, or in your protein smoothie.
