Happy Fall / Halloween! I've just recently become obsessed with pumpkin everything, including rich and delicious pumpkin coffee (usually from Frugal Dunkin Donuts, but anywhere is good!). However, being a fitness nut, I am a little wary of drinking something that could easily be 400-500 calories for a large size. That's why I'm here to give you some ways to get in that delectable pumpkin coffee without the calories! Both options are only 50 Calories for a Large!!!

Version 1: (sugar free syrup)
Large Coffee
2 Squirts of Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup
4 ounces of Skim Milk or Soy Milk
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon (optional)
1 Truvia Packet (optional)

Version 2: (no syrup)
Large Coffee
4 ounces of Skim Milk or Soy Milk
1-1.5 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
2 Truvia Packets

Either way, what you get is a sweet, rich, and creamy pumpkin spiced coffee without barely any calories. You will even get in 3-4 grams of complete protein each time from the skim or soy  milk! Bottoms up!
