Reduced Fat & Sugar Vegan Perfect Pumpkin Spice Latte


Power to the pumpkin! Power through your morning and enjoy autumn in a cup with this vegan and all natural caffeinated pumpkin beverage. Enjoy this amazing healthy homemade recipe for a reduced fat and lower sugar perfect pumpkin spice latte drink! 

Ingredients:

1 espresso shot 
1 warmed cup unsweetened soy milk or almond milk 
1 tablespoon unsweetened pumpkin puree
1-2 teaspoon light or sugar free brown sugar 
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions:

Whisk the pumpkin with the warm soy or almond milk well. Add the sugar and spices and whisk until super frothy. Strain pumpkin puree if needed. Pour into your cup with the espresso in it. Top with another sprinkle of the spices and maybe some sugar free whipped cream if you’re feeling adventurous. Enjoy the perfect pumpkin and energy without the extra sugar! Power to the pumpkin!!
