At the end of the day, you have to accept the fact that there will always be someone who is fitter than you, faster than you and even more flexible as well. It’s important that you don’t let them deter you from your fitness end goal, because your workout is for you, and you alone. If you spend too long focusing on other people then this will only make it harder for you to achieve the results you want, and this is something that you will want to avoid at all times. 

Your Friends And Family 

You need to find people who can support you as well. This can include friends, family members and even neighbors. If you don’t have people who can support you then try and find someone at the gym who can help you. This is a great way for you to really go that extra mile and it is also a great way for you to push yourself harder.
