- 1/3 cup granulated stevia brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons vegan vegetable oil spread
- 2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
- 5 cups millet flakes
- 1 tablespoon unsalted pumpkin seeds shelled
- 1 tablespoon unsalted sunflower seeds shelled
- 1/2 cup dried mango or apricots chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Place the sugar, vegetable oil, and sugar-free maple syrup in a saucepan and heat until melted, then stir remaining ingredients. Spoon the mixture into an 11×7 nonstick baking pan, press down lightly, and place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Mark to divide into 12 bars, then cool before removing from the pan.
