Top Signs You Should Try The Lipodissolve Procedure

lipodissolve procedure fat dissolving

Lipodissolve has become a highly sought-after cosmetic procedure, and it is easy to see why. Unlike liposuction, it is a non-surgical alternative for removing localized fat deposits that will not go away no matter the diet or exercise routines you keep up. If you are interested in Lipo dissolve, it will help you understand that the procedure treats various areas, including abdominal bulges, back fat, thighs, buttocks, arms, love handles, saddlebags, double chins, cheeks, and jowls. It is an excellent solution for improving your appearance where you have not had too much luck with other techniques.

But, how do you know you are a candidate for Lipodissolve? Watch out for the following telling signs:

Having A Little Bit Of Unwanted Fat

Lipodissolve is designed for the targeted removal of body fat. It is not a weight-loss tool, so do not think that you will be able to have the procedure to get in shape without the proper preparation. With Lipodissolve, you can only remove a specific amount of fat, and it depends on the treatment area. Make sure you work closely with a specialist in the procedure to advise on your options and keep your health protected throughout.

Maintaining A Healthy Diet Is Not Helping To Lose Fat

Have you tried relentlessly to observe good eating habits and no matter all your efforts, you cannot lose that last bit of body fat? It happens to many people, and instead of getting frustrated about it, you can try Lipodissolve. Remember, as much as you might consume fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid excess sugar, your body might have some unwanted fat pockets that you would like to do away with. If that is the case, Lipodissolve might do the trick.

When Your Concerns Are Not Limited To One Area

One of the good things about Lipodissolve is its ability to address unwanted pockets of fat in several areas. It could be during several appointments or a single one. The number of treatments required will depend on the treatment areas. Ideally, you get injections on the areas you want to be treated, and your specialist will determine what is safe for your body. You can reduce fat in the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and other places under the doctor's recommendations.

When You Have Excellent Skin Elasticity

Please note that Lipodissolve does not correct loose or stretched skin. If you are considering the procedure, one of the signs that it will suit you is having elastic skin, which can contract easily once the fat has been removed. If you do not want to end up with loose skin, you may want to try other skin-tightening procedures to complement your results.

Loose The Love Handles And Battle The Bulge

The Lipo dissolve process has helped many patients to achieve the appearance they have always wanted. The above are some of the signs that you could be a good candidate, but always consult with a specialist before deciding on your course of action. Fight the fat and flab, and win!

7 Most Effective Weight Loss Ideas

most effective weight loss ideas burn fat lose pounds of fat

Just about everyone wishes they could lose weight. It's not an easy journey, but it is possible to weigh less and get healthier. Here are some tips that can help you on your way, recommended by people who have gone through the process and have successfully lost a lot of weight.

1. Count Your Calories

Many people want to know the easiest way to lose weight. This doesn't require too much work; you just need to count how many calories are in your food! There are useful websites like cronometer.com that explain the full process of counting calories.

The Most Effective Ways To Count Calories

There are so many ways people can count their calories. Some people may not be able to afford a food tracker, so they can use some of these other options:

• Use pen and paper to write down your calories.

• Use an app on your phone. Some of our favorite apps include MyFitnessPal and Lose It along with the Frugal Fitness TV YouTube channel!

• Count your micro and macronutrients:

Protein: In general, people should eat about 0.8g of protein for every 1 pound they weigh. So if your goal weight is 160 lbs, try to aim for at least 128 grams of protein a day.

Carbohydrates: There are 4 calories in a gram of carbs, so keep that in mind when counting your calories.

Fat: Fat has 9 calories per gram, so when counting your macros or micros, use that number to determine how many grams of fat you should eat in a day.

2. Get More Sleep

Sleep is an underrated part of losing weight. Not only does this help increase motivation, but it helps your body recover from the day before. Getting enough sleep can be around 7-8 hours a night, however, you shouldn't aim for the minimum amount of sleep if it has negative effects on your health.

The Top Ways To Get More Sleep

• Get off your phone or tablet at least 1 hour before bed. The light from your phone stimulates your brain and makes you more excited (which means it's harder to sleep).

• Make sure to keep a regular schedule, where you wake up around the same time every day.

• Don't consume caffeine after 2 PM. Caffeine is a stimulant so it keeps you alert, which can make it harder to sleep. People do not realize that caffeine stays in your system for 5-6 hours, so it's important to cut yourself off sometime in the early afternoon.

3. Get Moving More

Often In order to lose weight, it's important to be active. Incorporate these fitness routines into your life. You can work out more or walk more often, but it's important to get moving more often and consistently. Try setting a daily alarm on your phone for 1 hour before bed and after you wake up every day. This will help you get out of bed and exercise, which is a great motivation to keep going!

The Most Effective Ways To Get More Exercise In During Everyday Activities

• Park further away from where you're going.
• Take the stairs instead of the elevator, and make sure to do this regularly
• Instead of just walking around the mall, powerwalk!
• Use your phone to track your steps so you can see how many steps you take in a day.

4. Reward Yourself

This advice is commonly overlooked, but it's important to reward yourself for doing well. It's not about the reward itself; it's more to encourage yourself to keep going. Think about what you want to do, whether it's a new product, a movie and dinner with a friend, or anything you deem fit. Just don't reward yourself with big cheat meals or days off that set back your goals and can lead to weight gain.

The Best Ways To Reward Yourself Without Setting Yourself Back

• Make a list of things you want or need for your next reward (e.g. new pair of shoes, an awesome shirt you've been wanting).

• Make sure to reward yourself after you work hard/ accomplish something you've been working on.

• One thing you can do is set up an Amazon Wish List that your friends/ family members can contribute to so you can buy a bigger reward.

• Don't spend your whole allowance or paycheck on a big reward, since it can set you back.

5. Get Rid Of Tempting Foods

This should be one of the easier-to-do tips, but it can be just as important as the other tips. It's important to get rid of food that tempts you when you're trying to lose weight since temptation can lead to overeating and go way off-track from your weight loss goals.

The Most Effective Ways To Get Rid Of Tempting Foods

• Make sure all snacks and unhealthy foods aren't found in your room or house. It's hard to resist when it's right there in front of you!

• If friends or family members want some of these bad foods, try limiting portions so they're not tempted by larger quantities (e.g. only offer them a small amount).

• Try giving away your favorite bad foods to people who will appreciate them (and can afford to treat themselves with something unhealthy)!

6. Do A Cleanse

For many people with a busy schedule, it's difficult to find the time to really focus on weight loss and lifestyle changes.

If this sounds like someone you know, one of the easiest ways to lose weight is by doing a cleanse! This means cleansing from any food or liquid for an extended period of time (e.g. 3-5 days). The benefit of doing so is having an "elimination diet" where you can see if certain foods or liquids are really working against you or not. For example, some people who eat a lot of meat/ dairy may feel that they have acne problems because these foods clog the pores. In the end, it might be a good idea to try a vegan/ vegetarian diet, as many people have reported positive effects from those lifestyles!

The Most Effective Ways To Do A Cleanse

• Make sure you don't do it too long and make sure to stay hydrated (e.g. drink lots of water).

• Make a social media post or a video about your experience and how it's going!

• If you feel weak, make sure to eat some good fruits / vegetables / nuts to get some energy back along with more hydration.

7. If All Else Fails Consider Surgical Intervention

Weight loss isn't always an easy process, and for some people who have tried everything else, it may be a good idea to consider surgical intervention. It's especially effective in severe cases (e.g. morbid obesity) when people can barely move or maintain a healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise alone. For people who have tried every other option, surgery may be a great way to lose weight and give someone their life back.

What To Know Before Pursuing Surgical Intervention

Make sure to do your research first, since there are different types of surgeries with different effects.

Some of the most popular procedures for weight loss include:

Gastric Bypass - This makes the stomach smaller, limiting the intake of food and leading to weight loss. This process usually takes a few months to a year in order to see the best results.

Gastric Banding - This makes the stomach smaller by putting a band around the top of the stomach to limit intake. This process usually takes about 2-3 months to see results.

Laparoscopic Banding -  Involves using small incisions to reduce the size of the stomach, limiting intake and leading to weight loss. Laparoscopic banding is not reversible. This procedure is different from gastric banding in that you can adjust the band as needed.

Jejunoileal Bypass - This makes the intestines smaller, limiting intake and leading to weight loss.

Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy - Removes a large portion of the stomach and can prevent overeating because it makes you feel fuller faster.

Emsculpt NEO - Uses non-invasive ultrasound technology to remove fat cells from specific areas, like your abs, love handles, or butt. This procedure is quick and doesn't require anesthesia, making it one of the least invasive weight-loss surgeries. This procedure has been increasing in popularity because it doesn't require the same recovery time as other surgical options.

Liposuction - Involves using a vacuum-like device to suck out fat cells. This is not considered weight loss surgery since it doesn't help people decide what they are eating or change their lifestyle in any way, but it can definitely be used in conjunction with other options.

Weight Loss That Works

Weight loss is never an easy journey, but with this collection of tips and advice, readers have a higher chance of success.  Always fully research anything you're changing about your lifestyle in order to be 100% sure it's the right choice for you, and of course, always consult your doctor before making any large changes.

Did You Know That Body Sculpting Treatment Eliminates All The Fat Cells In The Area Treated?

body sculpting treatment eliminates all fat cells in area

Your body requires fat for development and good health. However, excessive fats can accumulate in your abdomen, thighs, hands, and other parts of your body. When the fat builds up in your body excessively, it changes your appearance and shape. If you are a victim of excess fat, I have a solution for you. Body sculpting is a technique that gets rid of all fat cells. Many celebrities use this method to maintain their body appearance. For the elimination of fat cells in your body, consult body sculpting in Santa Monica specialists because they are the best.

The Different Types Of Body Sculpting

There are several types of body sculpting techniques available at your doctor’s office. Body sculpting can be done on adult men, women, and teenagers. However, not all techniques can suit you, according to research. Some of these techniques include;

· Coolsculpting

Coolsculpting is also known as Cryolipolysis. During the treatment, your doctor uses a device to freeze fat cells around the area of your choice. Coolsculpting can be done on thighs, hands, abdomen, back, and other parts. After treatment, the fat cell will freeze down and be eliminated from the body through the lymphatic system. According to specialists, if you have more fat cells, you are required to have several treatments to see the outcomes.

· Warm Sculpting

It is a recent type of body sculpting. A laser device producing warm rays is used during treatment. The laser rays target and kill fat cells and are slowly excreted by the body. Several treatments are done to ensure non-fat cells are left undamaged. According to research, warm sculpting is done to people with less fat and good health conditions.

There are other body sculpting techniques that you can have. They are also considered effective if handled as required. They include body FX, Ultrashape, and Emsculpt. However, there are some things you should do for a successful body sculpting treatment. Below are some things you should do before undergoing body sculpting.

Things To Do Prior To The Day Of Fat Cells Elimination Treatment

There are several post-treatment instructions that your doctor can recommend for you before fat loss begins. They include;

· Avoid Smoking And Drinking Alcohol

Smoking and drinking dehydrate your body, leaving it dry. Dry skin can get irritated by the laser ray, hence wounds can develop.

· Avoid Direct Sun Rays

Your skin needs sunlight for growth and nutrient supply. However, excessive sunlight can lead to sunburns. When sunburns are subjected to laser rays, body cells can malfunction, resulting in cancer cells.

· Keep Your Skin Clean

Wash your body using warm water and soap to prepare for toning time. It becomes easier for laser rays to penetrate clean skin than dirty skin for fat loss treatments.

Better Body Beauty

According to research, many insurance companies do not cover cosmetic procedures. Due to this reason, it is vital to get the best doctor who is experienced with body sculpting procedures to avoid side effects. Book an appointment with Modern Aesthetica doctors since they are the best.

5 Amazing Reasons You Should Consider CoolSculpting

reasons use coolsculpting kill fat cells toned body contouring

A good number of Americans struggle with areas of stubborn fat that just will not go away. They try everything from fad diets to spending hours in the gym every day, often with little to no results. If this sounds like you, don’t despair. Pasadena CoolSculpting is here to solve your problems. This contouring treatment is set to help you target and get rid of that isolated fat problem.

What Is CoolSculpting?

CoolSculpting is a non-invasive treatment that removes small areas of stubborn fat from localized body parts. It can be used in areas such as the chin, waistline, things, and under the arms. Generally, CoolSculpting works on the principle of the sensitivity of fat cells to lower temperatures. It kills these cells by exposing them to cold energy without damaging other skin tissues.

The killed fat cells are then eliminated from the body through natural processes. You should note that while CoolSculpting kills fat cells, it does not tighten your skin. It is also not a solution for obesity.

Benefits Of CoolSculpting

More Affordable Than Surgery

Surgical options such as liposuction produce targeted fat reduction, too. However, they tend to be more expensive as they include surgeon fees, medications, and anesthesia costs. CoolSculpting is relatively cheaper. This makes it accessible to the numerous Americans who cannot afford a surgical procedure. What’s more, you don’t have to worry about anesthesia, pain, scarring, or downtime.

Long-Lasting Results

The field of CoolSculpting has undergone significant technological advancements. Today, the results of this procedure are both superior and more permanent. Several treatments can clear any stubborn fat from all worry areas of the body.

Additionally, unlike other body contouring procedures, you won’t require multiple treatments to begin to see results.

Reduced Risk

One of the biggest deterrents for people looking to get rid of stubborn fat is the risk of surgery. CoolSculpting is a non-surgical body contouring treatment. It works to eliminate stubborn fat without the use of incisions or cuts.

As such, you don’t have to worry about bleeding, undue tissue stress, or bruising. You can also dismiss any concerns about anesthesia allergies.

No Scarring

Surgery methods often leave ugly scars at the treatment site. This can defeat the purpose, especially if you have to cover the scars when you leave the house. CoolSculpting, fortunately, does not include any incisions. This means that the treatment will not leave a scar, making it an excellent alternative to surgery. Side effects such as bruising and redness will usually clear in a few hours or days.

Faster Recovery

As mentioned, CoolSculpting does not include abrasions or incisions. You might experience redness, tenderness, or bruising around the treatment site. However, these side effects are usually mild and short-lived. Your body can heal in a shorter time. You might not even require any downtime.

Coolsculpting Conclusion

Weight loss requires a lot of time, commitment, and effort. This can be frustrating, especially if the problem is isolated in a stubborn area such as the chin, under the arms, or waistline. Fortunately, CoolSculpting offers an innovative and effective solution to this problem. If you are struggling to shed those last few pounds, you don’t have to go it alone. Get EmSculpt In Miami, FL At Brickell Cosmetic Center

emsculpt body sculpting skin firming fat melting

Several body sculpting procedures provide patients with a solution to reduce fat but are unsuccessful at improving the muscle underneath. With EmSculpt, you can burn fat and build muscle at the same time for an enhanced aesthetic outcome. Board-certified dermatologist Lauren Dozier, DO, and her team is proud to offer Miami EmSculpt to the residents of the greater Miami area at Brickell Cosmetic Center.

What Is EmSculpt?

It is a non-invasive body sculpting procedure that can simultaneously burn fat and build muscles. The technology also provides women and men a non-invasive butt lift treatment. Through the use of electromagnetic technology, your muscles are intensified to trigger rapid contractions. This intensification cannot be accomplished through voluntary muscle movement.

Benefits Of EmSculpt Treatment

The long-lasting outcome of EmSculpt can include a reduced circumference of the buttocks or abdomen, a stronger appearance, and a more defined muscle appearance. Unlike other treatments that only assist in revealing the muscles, EmSculpt can enhance the size of your muscles and help maximize the results. Due to the non-invasive treatment method, patients do not experience downtimes or recovery periods after the procedure. The outcome from EmSculpt will slowly perk up over time, leaving you with natural-looking results. For most patients, this can be a safer and more effective alternative to surgical treatments like liposuction.

How EmSculpt Works

EmSculpt utilizes high-intensity focused electromagnetic innovations to cause muscle contractions that cannot be accomplished through conventional voluntary muscle movements. That makes muscles adapt rapidly, causing instant muscle building and fat burning. These improvements will continue to occur over time as your muscles adjust after the procedure. Consequently, you will achieve an average muscle increase of 16%, and a 19% reduction in fat.

Who Is A Good EmSculpt Candidate?

Most individuals can benefit from EmSculpt treatment. If you want to reduce fat and tone your abdomen, thighs, arms, or butt muscles, you might be a good candidate for this treatment.

Almost everyone benefits from EmSculpt except individuals who:

· Are affected by electromagnetic devices
· Are pregnant
· Have a history of seizures
· Have heart problems
· Have a pacemaker or another implanted device

Contact the team at Brickell Cosmetic Center if you have any questions about being a candidate. Your provider will conduct a thorough examination before your treatment to determine if you are eligible for this procedure. If you are not, they will recommend another treatment procedure that is right for you.

What To Expect During And After EmSculpt

EmSculpt involves a 30-minute treatment that feels similar to a workout as the muscles get intensified during the procedure. However, most individuals are able to relax and lie down during treatment. Since the procedure is non-invasive, you will not be left with any scars after treatment.

How Long Does It Take To Realize EmSculpt Results?

You can expect to see an apparent difference after about one month of two weekly treatments, with the most noticeable fat reduction effects after three to four months.

4 Ways To Get A Six-Pack In 30 Days

how to get six-pack abs in 30 days toned tummy

Achieving six-pack abs is the ultimate goal of everyone. That's because it's one of the indications that you are physically fit and healthy. Unfortunately, most of us are having a hard time getting that top form. One primary reason is that most of us are overweight and obese.

Today, we're giving you the top four ways to get rid of that excess fats to your belly. Are you ready to shred some fats and transform it into six-pack abs in 30 days? Let's get started without further ado!

4 Ways To Achieve A Six-Pack Abs

Here are the top four ways to achieve a sexy and rock-hard tummy in just 30 days.

1. Start To Eat Right, Choose Green Foods

One of the most effective ways to achieve a six-pack is to have a proper and balanced meal. Healthy eating to get a sexy body for confidence is the ultimate key to loosening your fats that stay inside your tummy.

Start to eat green and leafy vegetables because they are excellent in fibers. These fibers help your body boost your metabolism, which is essential in breaking down foods inside your body.

You can also eat rolled oats, which are also useful in your digestion and makes you feel fuller every time you eat it.

2. Daily Exercise Is The Key To Wellness

Exercise plays a vital role in your wellness. You must spend one to two hours daily in training to burn out excess and unwanted fats on your body.

The most effective form of exercise to achieve six-pack abs is through running and circuit training. The more you pump your heart rate, the more it needs oxygen. Once your body gasps for more oxygen, it will help you to release more carbon dioxide from the body that can reduce your body weight.

You can also reduce weight by urinating and sweating. It also lessens your daily stress and anxiety if you go workout regularly.

3. Drink More Water As Often As Needed

Another way to achieve six-pack abs is to drink more water. Water offers purification inside your body. As you drink clean and purified water, it helps you to release toxins inside your body using urinating. Drinking water before meals also helps you to feel fuller. It allows you to eat fewer foods that cause bloating in your tummy.

4. Avoid Eating Sweets And Fast Foods

Let's face the truth; we cannot deny the fact that we love cakes and burgers. However, these foods are unhealthy to eat and can cause sudden weight gain.

If you want to achieve your six-pack abs, it's time for you to let go of these foods and start to eat what's right to your body.

Quick 6-Pack Abs Conclusion

Having six-pack abs is not an easy task, but if you put your 100% discipline and dedication every day, you can achieve it in no time. So, start to motivate yourself every day and follow the above 6-pack steps to make your ultimate dream body a reality.

Body Contouring: The Non-Gym Hope For You

body contouring benefits tone muscle create muscular definition no gym

Do you remember that time when you were struggling to keep fit? You wanted a better body. I know you gave it your all, and if things had gone your way, you'd be happier today. The toil, the effort, time, and resources you put in were significant. Unfortunately, the results were not comparable. What if you considered body contouring to help?

Well, as we share in your pain, it would have been suitable for you to find some critical information before delving into it. Perhaps, it would have saved you both time and resources. And this is where body contouring steps in. It is a move that is not only reliable but also effective.

This procedure, also called body sculpting, often seeks to improve the appearance of your body after a significant weight loss. It will also be vital in removing excess skin in some of your abdominal parts.

It is in this regard that we seek to explore some of the most vital aspects of this procedure. Here is an insightful analysis.

Types Of Body Sculpting Procedures

You will be sure of two kinds of body sculpting procedures. The choice will often be dependent on the problem that you have at hand.

Liposuction

This cosmetic procedure will be central to the removal of excess fats that you can hardly shed through exercising. It often focuses on the hips, thighs, belly, face, and arms. However, this process does not address cellulite issues.

A good candidate for this procedure will often need to be at least 30% within their recommended weight. Besides, you need to have firm skin and not be a smoker. In most cases, you will need to choose from laser-assisted, ultrasound, and tumescent liposuction procedures.

Usually, you will need to talk to your surgeon beforehand. This way, you can highlight all your goals and fears too. Providing enough information during this stage will be vital in giving you topnotch outcomes at the end of the day.

Surgery

Sometimes, you will need to undergo a more intrusive procedure, the body contouring surgery. This surgery comes in handy for those who have lost significant weight in the past few years. It will be helpful regardless of how you lost the weight.

This procedure will often happen in stages. It could even last for several months or years. The duration is reliant on the extent of the problem you have. Usually, the procedure aims at removing sagging skin as well as extra skin. This way, you will be confident of getting an improved skin tone.

The cost of the body contouring procedure varies with the body part. For instance, while the arm surgery could cost you $8,000, you will spend up to $10,000 for thigh surgeries. For the back and breasts, you are likely to part with close to $15,000. For the whole body, you might pay $30,000 for full body contouring.

The results of these procedures could remain steadfast for up to ten years. As such, it comes out as one of the worthiest investments for you to consider.

Trim And Tone Without Working Out

In summary, body contouring will be an excellent decision for anyone looking forward to getting a healthier lifestyle. But perhaps, you need to invest in a reliable expert for this task.

What You Need To Know Before Going For Liposuction?

considerations before getting liposuction fat removal surgery lipo cosmetic surgeon

Liposuction has been one of the most effective cosmetic surgery procedures to improve the body figure by removing fat. This procedure eliminates fat deposits that are resistant to exercise or diet. It is done to contour or reshape buttocks, back, tummy, arms, hips, legs, etc.

If you are also thinking about getting liposuction, here are some of the things you should know:

Liposuction Isn’t For Weight Loss

One of the most common misconceptions about liposuction is that it’s a way to get skinny. If you are also considering this procedure as a way to resolve weight issues, it doesn’t work that way!

Liposuction is a cosmetic technique that targets to improve the appearance of a body area. It aims to contour or reshape the body area by removing stubborn fat deposits.

Therefore, instead of thinking this procedure as a way to lose weight, think it as a shape-changing tool to bring a particular body area into harmony with the rest of the body. Adopt a healthy lifestyle to get and maintain the results.

You can combine liposuction with skin tightening procedures, such as a thigh lift, butt lift, or a tummy tuck to get the desired shape.

The Procedure Works Best For The Patients Having A Healthy Weight

Liposuction provides you with the best results if you have healthy body weight. If you get the procedure done when you are heavier than you wish to be, you may not get the desired results. You need to have a firm, elastic muscle tone, and not more than 30% of the ideal body weight.

If you think that liposuction will motivate you to get into shape by losing weight, it may not be the case. Sometimes, the patients see an improvement in the appearance but end up feeling less motivated to get in shape afterward. That’s why the surgeon wants to make sure that you have realistic expectations for your appearance after the procedure.

This Cosmetic Procedure Is Safe

Though it seems dangerous to insert a hot poker into the body, there are safeguards to prevent burning. There is a temperature sensor and an infrared camera on the tip of the probe. It allows the surgeon to monitor the body temperature and see what’s happening inside or outside the body.

Any such powerful tool in the hands of an inexperienced person can be dangerous. So, look for a board-certified surgeon who can answer all your queries and show pictures of his work.

The Removed Fat Doesn’t Move To Another Part Of The Body

Some people are concerned that if they get liposuction in one area, the removed fat will shift to another area. However, it’s a myth. Instead, the fact is, the way your body gain or lose weight after undergoing liposuction can be a bit different from the way you gained or lost weight before the procedure.

If you got liposuction that removed half the fat cells in your tummy area, you are left with fewer fat cells in this area now. Suppose you gain 15 pounds after the cosmetic surgery, you are less likely to put weight on the tummy. In fact, it will be redistributed to the other body areas. So, you’ll gain or lose weight more evenly than before.

You Need To Limit Your Physical Activities For Some Time

In most of the cases, the patients return to work or daily activities within a few days after the surgery. However, the surgeon may ask you to avoid strenuous activities or sports for a couple of weeks.

Swelling might take a bit longer to resolve. But, you’ll see a swelling decrease or other subtle changes occurring in the treated area after a few weeks.

Liposuction Cosmetic Surgery Could Be The Solution You Are Seeking

If you are seeking to improve your appearance, Liposuction is a great choice! It sucks those packets of fat deposits and provides you with great results. However, the decision to choose the type of liposuction for your body is best left to the cosmetic surgeon. Your job is to consult a professional plastic surgeon who can guide you to choose the appropriate procedure for you.

4 Exercises Proven To Help Tone Your Body

Making it to your fitness club is not always possible. However, there are four excellent exercises you can do anywhere, which are proven to help tone your body. They are so simple that it's easy to try these exercises at a pay-as-you-go gym, without having to pay for a pricey contract.

Like the flexibility provided by these exercises, pay-as-you-go fitness centers in Toronto, like Striation 6 offer members a financial flexibility not offered by traditional gyms, and, armed with a few easy exercises, you can use these gyms to help tone your body in no time. Here are four outstanding exercises to tone your entire body.

Planking

Planking is an often-misunderstood exercise. It is an excellent maneuver to tone your entire body, and best of all, it takes little or no space. Beginners can start a planking regimen by gradually increasing the amount of time they plank, and there are also variations of planking that make it a great option for all fitness and strength levels. You can gravitate to side planking and other more intense planking moves as you become more comfortable with this exercise.

Push-Ups

Similar to planking, push-ups can be done just about anywhere. Another great feature of push-ups is that you can reduce or increase the difficulty: Standard push-ups are a proven exercise to help tone your entire body, but you can elevate your feet to add intensity. Advanced trainers can also include single-arm push-ups, or other difficult push-up variations, or reduce the level of intensity using an exercise ball. When you go to a pay-as-you-go gym, enlist the help of a personal trainer to show you exactly how to do push-ups for maximum effect.

Single-Leg Deadlifts

Single-leg deadlifts focus in large part on the lower body, however, with some inventive forethought, they can also tone your entire body. The standard single-leg deadlift works the quads, calves and your core muscles, but by adding arm moves, with or with weights, you can boost the full-body tone of this exercise. Dumbbells and kettle bells can be used to seriously maximize the intensity of this underrated but incredibly effective exercise.

Bulgarian Split Squat

The final in your list of exercises to tone your body is the most difficult. The Bulgarian split squat with rear lateral raise is a rarely used, but intense exercise. It is frequently one of the benefits of doing bootcamp classes, as instructors appreciate the full body intensity of performing this exercise correctly. The Bulgarian split squat can be performed without the rear lateral raise, however the added maneuver magnifies the intensity dramatically. The extra move helps to ramp up the cardio benefits, while also incorporating the chest, shoulders, arms and back into an exercise originally designed for leg work.

These four exercises are simple, and, when you try them at the right pay-as-you-go gym, can be very effective in burning fat, adding muscle and generally toning the body. Many of these exercises are employed as part of intense group classes offered at pay-as-you- go gyms. When you take advantage of a flexible gym, you also gain the expertise of the knowledgeable professionals that work there to make certain you are doing these body-toning exercises correctly. Make sure to pair up your exceptional exercises with plenty of protein powder!

Get In Shape For Your Wedding Workout Plan

I was recently asked to create a workout plan for a woman in their fifties who is getting married in a few months and wants to tone up. They don't have a lot of time and have an intermediate level of experience with working out at home and the gym. Here is my realistic (as opposed to a 7 day brutal regimen that most people wouldn't be able to stick to) 4 day workout plan. Two days are at the gym and 2 days are at home. It's low impact, works all muscle groups, improves cardio, burns fat, builds lean muscle, and increases bone density. You'll be looking perfect on your wedding day!

4 Day Wedding Workout Plan: Home + Gym

x = 1 set of 12-15 repetitions

Schedule Example:

Sunday: Rest
Monday: Day 1
Tuesday Rest
Wednesday: Day 2
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Day 3:
Saturday: Day 4

It ends up being a little more than every other day and each workout should last 45-60 minutes which isn't bad at all.

Day 1: Gym Total Body + Cardio

3x Chest Press Machine
3x Row Machine
3x Lat Pulldown Machine
3x Leg Press Machine

30-45 Minutes Elliptical

Day 2: Home Workout

3x Pushups
3x Crunches
3x Planks Hold 10+ Seconds
3x Bicep Curls + Shoulder Press
3x Dumbbell Single Arm Rows
3x Hip Bridges
3x Dumbbell Squats

Day 3: Gym Total Body + Cardio

2x Dumbbell Lateral & Front Raises
2x Dumbbell Shrugs
3x Tricep Extension Machine Or Cable Pulldowns
3x Ab Machine or Roman Chair Knee Raises
20 Minutes Treadmill w/ Incline
20 Minutes Exercise Bike or Stairclimber

Day 4: Home Workout

3x Twisting Crunches
3x Single Leg Hip Bridges
2x Dumbbell Hammer Curls
2x Dumbbell Chest Flies On Floor
2x Dumbbell Chest Presses On Floor
3x Dumbbell Wide Squats
2x Dumbbell Calf Raises

Have a great wedding knowing you'll be looking better than ever!

4 Fit Hobbies To Keep You In Shape Year-Round

fit hobbies to keep you in shape year round

Exercise is vital to healthy living. In fact, the American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes of continuous vigorous fat-burning aerobic exercise per week for optimum heart and lung health, and this number does not include the amount that one should be spending on strength training. However, while some individuals get pure joy out of heading to the gym and sweating off the pounds, others cannot stand the site of a room packed with weights, treadmills and other exercise equipment. For those who find repetitive exercise to be the pinnacle of boredom, an active hobby that gets them out of the house and into nature or a social setting can be just the thing to keep them in shape and help them shed pounds.

Consider one or two of the following four hobbies for year-round enjoyment and health

Gardening

Gardening is a great active hobby for three out of the four seasons for those who live in northern climates and all year long for those who live in southern climates. Gardening can burn a surprising number of calories, with active tasks, such as hoeing, raking, weeding and shoveling burning as many calories in an hour as a four-mile jog would. Plus, individuals who garden can enjoy the fruits of their efforts by supplying their own kitchens and their neighbors’ kitchens with fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers. While spring seems to be when most gardening takes place, summer is prime time for continual weeding, and fall is the best time for pruning many shrubs and perennials.

Skiing

While skiing may not seem like a hobby, it can become one for those who love to travel. Numerous areas in the United States boast great ski mountains, such as Powder Mountain and Cherry Peak, which are part of Ski Utah, as well as Lake Tahoe in California and Aspen in Colorado. Downhill skiing is a full body exercise that uses the arms and legs to balance. Look for discount lift tickets in Utah to help keep the costs down with your hobby. Cross-country skiing is particularly good for the muscles in the legs and helps to tone the abdomen. In fact, skiing can burn up to 3,000 calories for those putting in six-hour days on the slopes.

Horseback Riding

Novice horseback riders may believe that the horse does all the work and the person is just along for the ride. However, horseback riding burns a surprising number of calories for a sitting exercise with up to 400 calories being burned while galloping a horse. Depending on the type of horseback riding, it may or may not qualify as cardio exercise. However, it provides amazing balance and strength training as the core muscles fight to keep the body upright on the horse. Increase calorie burn by grooming the horse following the ride.

Dancing

Nearly any type of dancing that is not a slow dance burns an amazing number of calories, tones the legs, arms, abdomen and back and functions as a fat-burning cardio exercise. Swing dance is fun for burning calories in social situations, but tap dance or hip-hop are also good cardio burns that use the whole body. Those looking for a dance that feels more like exercise could try a zumba or jazzercise class or could even try ballroom cardio.

No matter the season of the year, an individual can use one of these hobbies to stay active while also finding enjoyment. Getting out into nature can be a great place to start, but many social events are also studded with opportunities for activity, such as dancing, playing active games, fun and fat-burning sports, or even just walking. By making a few simple changes, individuals will not have to feel that they are tied to the gym and will instead feel great freedom in their lifestyles.

New Year New You: Start Off Frugal & Fit!

new year new you frugal fit January resolutions

It's time for another New Year and the usual New Year's Resolutions that go along with them. The typical person usually decides to get healthier, eat better, work out more, and finally lose that weight. Gym memberships are purchased, expensive fitness equipment is ordered, fancy new workout clothes are added to your wardrobe, and your new healthy lifestyle works... for a couple weeks. Until you get frustrated, get busy, and get your priorities mixed up again. And don't forget you essentially just wasted hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

It's not about buying yourself a healthier future or trying out the latest fitness fad to get a "quick fix". It's not about wearing those $120 workout shoes or $80 yoga pants. It's about you getting rid of the excuses and taking your health and fitness back. It's about setting aside the time and energy to better yourself and get the results you're looking for. It's about keeping it simple with consistent effective workouts and disciplined eating. And it's about doing the work!

I actually found myself in a position about 18 months ago where my priorities had again shifted away from health, fitness, and taking care of myself. I was working 70-80 hours a week, working out 1-2 times a week at best, and eating plenty of pizza and junk food. I added about 10 lbs of fat, lost a little muscle, and was getting winded walking to and from my car. My joints and back hurt and I felt weak. I had made my career my top priority, and I was also buying a house and getting married. I was taking several online courses and growing my new business blog as well. Granted, all of these things are incredibly important and high priorities that needed to get done. But without taking care of my health, it was lowering my energy levels, decreasing my focus, and increasing my stress. I knew I had to make health and fitness a top priority again. I stopped making excuses and got to work.

It took me about 3 months to get back to a decent fitness level from there and then about 3 months after that to get my physique back to where I wanted it to be for the wedding. In fact, at the age of 30 I was in better shape overall than I was at age 20! Training smarter and eating better can often be more powerful than the energy of youth and that faster metabolism we used to have. Eating healthier actually reduced my food budget as well. I knew I could rebuild myself again and I know that you can too!

I hope the 1,000+ unique recipes, home workouts, exercise demonstrations, nutrition plans, and wellness advice on this website and Frugal Fitness TV can help you in 2017 and beyond. Frugal Fitness won't fade away like the average person's New Year's Resolutions. New workouts and articles will continue to be posted each month.

How Do I Get Rid of Belly & Hip Fat?

Many people come to me that are initially concerned with a "problem area" such as their stomach, "love handles", glutes, back of their arms, etc. Many of them have the idea that just exercising this specific area will get the job done and that total body training is unnecessary. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as “spot-treating” when it comes to working out problem areas. That means, doing a thousand crunches a day won’t get you a six pack and doing a thousand leg raises a day won’t get you tight hips.

The same goes for dieting. You can’t eat certain foods or calorie amounts to directly reduce your waistline or hips. The natural fat deposit areas for men is usually in the stomach and for women in the hips so that means most people will have more fat to lose from those places. You may lose the same amount of fat from your midsection as you are from your arms, legs, shoulders, etc but it might not be as noticeable since those other areas had less fat to begin with.

Only an effective and customized nutrition and exercise regimen will allow you to reduce the bodyfat from these problem areas for the long term. It takes time so don’t get impatient if your desired bodyparts don’t get smaller or leaner immediately.

You may also be tempted to look for a "quick and easy solution" like liposuction or other medical procedures. Keep in mind that these options can be very expensive, risky, and temporary. Supplements claiming to magically tone up your gut and your butt will also usually disappoint, while putting a dent in your wallet and potentially being detrimental to your health.

You probably didn’t put on all that bodyfat overnight so it won’t come off overnight either. Patience!
